More About Me

Real Estate is Personal. So Is My Story.

I didn't just land in real estate-I grew into it.

Long before I was pricing homes and negotiating contracts, I was the full-time CEO of the Bushnell household-raising two kids just 20 months apart. Years of snack negotiations, sibling debates, and "just one more show" pleas gave me the exact skills I now use daily in real estate: patience, strategy, calm in chaos, and a strong sense of when to stand my ground.

Those same kids? They've grown into incredibly kind, funny, driven young adults. With my daughter off to Grand Canyon University in the fall and my son thriving in his own chapter at Western in Bellingham, I'm officially entering empty-nester life-more coffee, more Ollie (my rescue pup), and yes… a calendar with a little more flexibility.

As a Kenmore resident of over 20 years, I've not only watched my own children grow up here-I've had the privilege of watching their classmates and friends, from as far back as kindergarten, grow into remarkable young adults too. I wasn't just present in the hallways-I was a constant presence in their classrooms, volunteering to support teachers so they could do what they do best.

I'm also a first-generation immigrant, raised by a single mom after my father was killed during the Cambodian–Vietnamese War. I learned what hustle looked like by watching her juggle multiple jobs to keep us going-and by helping her in whatever way I could. Those early years shaped everything: my work ethic, my gratitude, and my deep commitment to helping others find the stability and sense of home we worked so hard for.

I grew up in Bellevue-before it was the Tech City-and planted roots in Kenmore over two decades ago. This isn't just where I live. It's where I raised my family, walked the school halls, supported local businesses, and built relationships that matter. I don't just know the community-I'm part of it.

Real estate became the natural next chapter. Helping people through life's big transitions-with honesty, strategy, and a whole lot of heart-is something I take seriously. Whether you're selling the home that raised your kids or buying your very first set of keys, I'll be there-hands-on, start to finish.

My track record includes:

  • Prepping and launching homes that sold in under 48 hours-up to $250K over asking

  • Negotiating $1M sale price for a home others said wouldn't sell for $750K (yes, the Bellingham Herald noticed)

  • Nearly $30M in closed sales in under four years, with an average sale price of $983,500

From pricing and prep to powerful negotiation, I manage every detail with intention, transparency, and care. And with every sale, I give back. A portion of my compensation supports animal shelters-because I believe every home should help another find theirs. Because without rescue shelter, I wouldn't have my loyal sidekick, Ollie, by my side.

This isn't just a career-it's personal, purposeful, and rooted in the communities I love!

Let's talk real estate-or dogs. or kids. Or coffee. I'm flexible. And now that I'm an empty nester… my schedule might be too.
